Rest assured, we will do our best to get your candles to you as soon as possible. Shipping costs are set at a flat rate of $8.99 for all of USA. RETURN & EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kay Chick Candles. If for any reason you are not happy with your candles, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Candles must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
